He was very punctual and professional. Instead of doing unnecessary work, that would have added to his bill, he discussed the situation with me and explained to me what he would do in this situation, thus saving us hundreds of dollars. Told me what to look for in the future and if certain things happen, then who to call. It is always a pleasure to do business with people who put the customers needs first.

Having kitchen construction done, and needed the garbage disposal and piping removed from the sink same day.... T.J Kiker was my technician, and he responded quickly and professionally. Very happy... read more with his service-- and will have T.J. come back to re-install everything when the construction is done. Thanks! *UPDATE-- Had TJ return after the kitchen construction was finished-- Not only did he hook the sink and garbage disposal back up, but helped us troubleshoot a leak, updated all three toilets with new flapper and handles (upon our request) and was able to also provide information regarding a company that could help us clean up the water damage from the leak. TJ was very helpful, friendly, on time, and very professional. We are very satisfied!
