John went ABOVE and BEYOND for us. On Sunday night at 10 pm our house flooded for the second time this year. We called all over Charlotte and this is the only company that held true to the “24 hour emergency calls”. John came out on an emergency call at around 11pm. We called the company and John was out within 20 minutes of our initial call. He stayed until around midnight and gave us peace of mind by correctly identifying the issue immediately upon arrival, something our previous plumbing company could never do. John then came back yesterday morning to complete our job and make sure everything was marked precisely and accurately for the city to come and repair. Thank you John, you were AMAZING. We will definitely be using Rapid Rooter again for future plumbing needs.
